The Chinese Communication Association (CCA), a long-time affiliate of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC), invites submissions for the AEJMC annual conference to be held August 6-9, 2020, in San Francisco, California. As in the past, CCA will hold a competitive research paper session at the AEJMC conference. You are invited to contribute to this CCA session.

The CCA Steering Committee is calling for an emergency virtual meeting via Zoom to discuss the handling of the viral outbreak and ways to counter rising anti-Chinese racism, especially in the US.

The Chinese Communication Association (CCA) invites nominations for the Outstanding Graduate Student Teaching Award. To be eligible for this award, the nominee must be a 1) graduate student who served as an instructor of record, and 2) a CCA member to receive this award. The award will be conferred during the annual conference of International Communication Association in Gold Coast, Australia in May 2020.
